FTA has announced that Katie Graham is joining the Association as its marketing and communications manager, as of July 1, bringing her decade-plus of industry-specific experience to the organization to which she has volunteered her time and energy. “I am honored to be joining the FTA family,” says Graham. “I look forward to continuing my career in the print and packaging community with such a renowned and passionate team. I am dedicated to propelling our industry into the future in my new role.” Graham has spent the last 11 years at Pamarco, where she developed and managed marketing campaigns, formulated a lead-generation model, and pushed the company’s social media channels to further connections and engagement with customers. She graduated Georgia State University in 2007 with an MBA in public relations, marketing and business. “Katie has made a significant impact at Pamarco, building our brand and developing the tools necessary to successfully promote our products in print and digital formats,” says John Rastetter, VP of sales and marketing at Pamarco. “I am confident she will deliver the same exceptional contribution to our industry through her new position at FTA. We wish her all the best.” No stranger to FTA, Graham received a 2019 FTA President’s Award at Forum 2019 in early May, an acknowledgement of her commitment to strengthening the Association. She has served on the FTA Supplier Leadership Council, FTA Membership Committee and FTA Emerging Leaders Committee, as a judge in the FTA Excellence in Flexography Awards Competition, and as the co-chair of the newly-formed Women in Flexo initiative. “Katie is an incredibly energetic, positive individual who will surely add a tremendous boost to FTA’s marketing and communications program,” says Mark Cisternino, president of FTA. Graham will report to Brad Pareso, who has been promoted to director of content and digital strategy. “With such a diverse membership and so many avenues of communication with which to reach them, a unified message is critical,” Pareso says. “I am excited to have Katie’s wide-ranging talents and industry knowledge on our team.”
